          Paul Grundy is an Americanphysician known as the "godfather" of the Patient Centered Medical Home.[1] He was named a member of the Institute of Medicine,[2] and recipient of the Barbara Starfield Primary Care Leadership Award[3] and the 2012 National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) Quality Award.[4]
